1. Bills & Resolutions

(LEGISLATING IRAN SANCTIONS & EXPANDING THEM TO MEDIA) HR 4923: Introduced 8/8/25 by Gonzales (R-TX), “To impose sanctions on persons who knowingly provide content or media services to sanctioned foreign propaganda outlets, and for other purposes,” aka the “Stop Foreign Propaganda Act.” Referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, along with the Committees on the Judiciary, Financial Services, Oversight and Government Reform, and Ways and Means. This legislation would (1) codify into law Trump’s 8/6/17 Executive Order Executive Order 13846—”Reimposing Certain Sanctions With Respect to Iran“; and (2) impose sanction on “any person who knowingly provides material support or media services, and receives compensation, barter, or any other form of consideration therefor, to a covered foreign media entity“.

(TARGETING THE UN, INCL ICC & PALESTINIANS) HR 4941 [bill text] Introduced 8/8/25 by Steube (R-FL), “To direct the Secretary of State to implement certain travel conditions for officials of certain countries, entities, and United Nations organizations for attending any official meeting of the United Nations at the United Nations Headquarters Building in New York City,” aka the “Limiting Extremist Travel to the U.N. Act.” Referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on the Judiciary. This legislation would impose restrictions — or codify and expand existing restrictions — on some officials coming to the US for UN meetings, putting geographic limits on where they can go (no leaving a 25-mile radius of the UN HQ), restricting their time in the US to the UN meeting plus one day before/after, and with respect to officials working for UN orgs the US & Congress hate, barring their presence at universities even within the 25-mile radius of the UN [apparently to protect vulnerable student brains at New York-area universities from being exposed to these purveyors of evil…]. The first 2 restrictions apply to “(1) Any official of Iran. (2) Any official whom the Secretary of State certifies maintains any official association or membership with any Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO), to include any political wing of such organization.” All 3 restrictions apply to ” Any official of a United Nations organization to which the United States is not a member” — a category comprising officials of the ICC, UNESCO (as of 12/31/26, when US withdrawal takes effect), the UN Human Rights Council, and UNRWA.   Also see: press release – Rep. Steube Introduces Limiting Extremist Travel to the U.N. Act

2. Letters

  • (SETTLER VIOLENCE) 8/15/25: Zeteo reports – EXCLUSIVE: Centrist Ruben Gallego Circulating Letter Pushing Trump to Investigate Israeli Settler Violence
  • (WE STAND 100% WITH ISRAEL & URGE ISRAEL TO AID GAZA BECAUSE IT IS GOOD FOR ISRAEL) 8/14/25: Moulton, Houlahan, Ryan, Panetta, Deluzio, Vindman Urge Israel to Expand Humanitarian Aid to Gaza [letter text]
  • (US & INTL NGOS TO CONGRESS – SUSPEND MILTARY AID TO ISRAEL!) 8/13/25: NGO sector – More than 80 Organizations Call on Congress to Uphold US Law and Suspend Security Assistance to Israel [letter text & signers embedded in the press release, which was released by multiple groups that signed the letter]
  • (TEXAS SCHOOLS MUST PREVENT ANTISEMITISM – EG, STUDENTS WEARING KEFFIYEHS, ALLOWING NON-PRO-ISRAEL MATERIALS, & PERMITTING STUDENT FREE SPEECH) 8/6/25: Rep. Fallon (R-TX) X-post 8/12/25: “Antisemitism holds no place in America, especially in our school systems. In light of many reports of hateful behavior across numerous campuses, @RepKeithSelf [R-TX] and I demand that the Plano ISD swiftly stand up to this hateful ideology in North TX schools. Read our full letter here:” [letter text: page 1, page 2, page 3]. Excerpts from letter: “Many of the antisemitic actions center around the wearing of the keffiyeh. The origins of the keffiyeh are as a traditional article of clothing covering the head while outside to protect from the intensity of the Middle Eastern sun [Nope. It’s been a political symbol since at least the 1930s]. But, it has increasingly become a political statement among those with no ties to Middle Eastern culture. Especially prevalent is the black and white version, often referred to as the ‘Arafat scarf,’ [Nope. Literally NOBODY calls it that (except, based on a quick google search, some foreigners/racists selling them online)] which has close ties to Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine [Nope. It is a symbol of Palestinian identity, not affiliation with any particular group. Also, you’re calling it an “Arafat Scarf” and now saying it is closely linked to two groups that were at odds with Arafat? Seriously? ], both organizations which the United States has designated as terrorist organizations. Since this attire has only become widespread on your campuses after the attacks of October 7, 2023, it is clear that these are meant as a symbol and violate the district’s dress code policy against attire that is demeaning or inciting of violence. But wait, there’s more!Several instances have been reported of instructors presenting materials that can be considered non-neutral in nature and insisting that students take a pro-Palestinian viewpoint as the correct response. When contacted about this material, the administration repeatedly responded that the material was not approved. It is, however, the duty of the administration to verify that the approved curriculum is the one being taught. Beyond the curriculum, state-sponsored pro-Palestinian walkouts were permitted, where the students chanted ‘From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free.’ The documentation for these protests indicates that school would provide ‘excused absences’ for the involved students rather than enforcing the Student Code of Conduct.” Also see: GOP lawmakers warn Texas school district over ‘anti-Israel’ curriculum, students wearing ‘Arafat scarf’ (Christian Post 8/12/25); No swastikas, no hoods, no keffiyehs (Jewish News Syndicate 8/13/25); X-post from Sen. Cornyn (R-TX) 8/13/25: “Antisemitism has no place in Texas or anywhere else. I applaud the @TheJusticeDept for investigating these allegations so Jewish students & families in Plano ISD & across the Lone Star State can feel safe as they begin a new school year.

Members on the Record

  • More sing-for-your-supper video testimonials filmed/posted in conjunction with the current AIPAC/AIEF trip, in which members express their joy at visiting Israel, sing Israel’s praises, and recite versions of the catechism of AIPAC talking points including unconditional solidarity with and support for Israel (with a heavy dose of Christian Zionism): Gillen (D-NY); Latimer (D-NY); Gill (R-TX); Stutzman (R-IN) filming “from Israel’s border with the Gaza Strip“; Shreve (R-IN); Brecheen (R-OK); Aguilar (D-CA) and Emmer (R-MN), who “led the bipartisan group in a tree planting ceremony at the Nova Festival site”; Cisneros (D-CA), Conway (D-NJ), Aguilar (D-CA), Schneider (D-IL), Landsman (D-OH), Hoyer (D-MD), Conaway (D-NJ)
  • Harris (R-NC) X-post w/ video clip – “The horrific devastation from Hamas’ October 7th attack was heart-wrenching to witness. My prayers are with Israel as they work to end this conflict. Hamas’ reign of terror must be stopped!”
  • Harris (R-NC) 8/13/25: X-post with audio clip – “Hamas is flooding the media with their propaganda—and so many are falling for it! Let me clear the air: Hamas is a terrorist organization, inhumanely starving Israeli hostages and forcing them to dig their own graves. We must continue to stand with Israel to decimate Hamas.
  • Harris (R-NC) 8/12/25: X-post – “Europe’s hostility toward Israel is a disturbing betrayal of Western values. European countries jail people for posting memes and praying on sidewalks. Now the UK and France want to reward Hamas with statehood? We must stand with Israel in its fight against our mutual enemies.
  • Hamadeh (R-AZ) 8/12/25: X-post – “Congressman Hamadeh hopes this groundbreaking journey advances the expansion of the Abraham Accords & leads to peace for all ethnic & religious minorities in the region. The Congressman is proud to be an emissary of @POTUS’s Peace Through Strength agenda.
  • Baumgartner (R-WA) 8/11/25: X-post – “Just back to the US after an outstanding visit to Israel with other Republican and Democratic members of Congress! Highlights involved visiting the heartbreaking site of the Oct 7 Nova massacre of young people by Hamas, visiting historical Holy sites and walking at the Sea of Galilee with Speaker Johnson, discussions with Israeli leaders and peace negotiators and joint US/Israeli missile defense programs to protect against attacks from Iran and their proxy militia groups. Israel is a special place with special people and I appreciate the country’s friendship with America. We stand united against terror. As a member of the Middle East Sub-Committee on House Foreign Affairs, I found the trip extremely educational and helpful for my work in Congress. Thank you @AIPAC for helping to make it happen! I first visited the Middle East 30 yrs ago when I studied in Syria and Jordan for the summer. This trip reaffirmed my commitment to the effort to defeat terrorism and filled me with renewed optimism that all of the people of every religion in the region deserve peace and will one day find it.
  • Hamadeh (R-AZ) 8/11/25: X-post – “Congressman Hamadeh remains dedicated to bringing Kayla Mueller’s remains back home & giving her parents, Carl and Marsha, much-needed closure. The Congressman made interim Syrian President al-Sharaa well aware that it’s critical for his country to help facilitate Kayla’s return.
  • Gottheimer (D-NJ) 8/10/25: X-post w/ video clip – “When I was in Israel this week, I met with families of hostages still held by Hamas terrorists — forced to watch their loved ones starved and made to dig their own graves for Hamas propaganda. I left angrier than I’ve ever been with a renewed sense of urgency. We must do everything possible to bring every hostage home.
  • Hamadeh (R-AZ) 8/10/25: Congressman Abraham Hamadeh Makes Historic Trip to Syria to Meet with President Ahmed al-Sharaa

Others

  • Israeli President Isaac Herzog 8/11/25: X-post – “President @Isaac_Herzog met today and yesterday, with delegations from both sides of the US Congress, Republicans and Democrats, who came to Israel with @AIPAC to show solidarity with the Israeli people, and to see for themselves the facts on the ground. President Herzog said: “These visits show the bi-partisan, steadfast alliance between the United State and I srael, and of the true shared values between our peoples. I told them that Israel continues to operate in accordance with international law, that it was dramatically increasing the flow of humanitarian aid to Gaza, and that Israel continues to strive with all its might and in every way possible to bring our hostages home. I also made clear that Hamas continues to hold, starve, torture and abuse the hostages, holding 50 still in captivity, in a deliberate and flagrant crime against humanity. I told them it was Hamas which was looting and stealing the aid, preventing the distribution to the civilians in Gaza. And that Hamas was blocking and rejecting a deal that would bring an end to the suffering.”
  • CAIR 8/13/25: CAIR Condemns 34 Lawmakers Who Spent August Recess on AIPAC Propaganda Trip Instead of Meeting Constituents
  • Institute for Middle East Understanding (IMEU) 8/12/25: X-post w/ pic – “These 15 Democrats just took an AIPAC-funded vacation to Israel. They met with Israeli president Herzog whose call to kill all Palestinians in Gaza is included in the genocide case against Israel currently before the ICJ. They should all be deeply ashamed.

4. Selected Members on the Record

…On Bibi stating his devotion to “Greater Israel” including not just the West Bank & Gaza but parts of Jordan and Egypt

  • **crickets**

…On Israel approving the E-1 Settlement, with key Israel minister says “buries the idea of Palestinian state”

  • Beyer (D-VA) 8/14/25: X-post – “This move, on top of civilian starvation and killing in Gaza and a disastrous Gaza City attack plan, are proof of the Israeli government’s hostility to peaceful coexistence with Palestinians. I cosponsored the Block the Bombs Act in June because we can’t support this.”

…On Israel killing more Palestinian journalists in Gaza

  • Welch (D-VT) 8/13/25: X-post – “More journalists have been killed in Gaza than died during WWl, WWll, the Korean War, the Vietnam War (including Cambodia and Laos conflicts), the Yugoslav Wars, and the Afghanistan War combined. The U.S. can’t continue to fund Prime Minister Netanyahu’s reckless war plan.
  • Escobar (D-TX) 8/11/25: X-post – “The Israeli Government has killed nearly 270 journalists, including the 5 killed today, in less than 2 years. Mass starvation, indiscriminate killing of civilians, the inhumanity, bloodshed and war crimes must end. The world – starting with the U.S. – must condemn and end this catastrophe.
  • Jayapal (D-WA) 8/10/25: X-post – “The Israeli military has killed more than 200 journalists and media workers. The latest strike killed 5 journalists including a prominent Al Jazeera journalist. The US must stop providing weapons for this genocide.”

…Concerns re: Gaza [including lots of thoughts and prayers, focus on danger that plans are bad for Israel]

  • Pressley (D-MA) 8/14/25: X-post – “The Israeli government is deliberately blocking aid from entering Gaza. This is nothing short of a genocide, creating a man-made famine crisis to starve children and families. The US must use every tool available to urgently get critical aid into Gaza.
  • Sorenson (D-IL) 8/14/25: X-post – “Everything must be done to achieve peace in the Middle East and an immediate end to the suffering in. Israel and Prime Minister Netanyahu must show the world that there are means to an end of the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. I joined a letter calling on Secretary of State Marco Rubio to ensure Palestinians can safely reach U.S. aid. If America leads with its ideals, we must ensure that the suffering ends and the road to recovery begins for the entire region.
  • Adams (D-NC) 8/14/25: X-post – “I believe access to nutritious food is a human right. We must end the humanitarian aid blockade in Gaza so we can end the starvation & malnutrition crisis hundreds of innocent civilians, including children, have already died from.
  • Auchincloss (D-MA) 8/14/24: X-post – “Hamas has the culpability, but Israel has the responsibility. Governance in Gaza must ensure Palestinians’ welfare and be consistent with Israel’s security. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has put forward no proposal, has architected no plan, to achieve that. The resulting starvation is an abomination, and the president & Congress must exert severe pressure on the hard-right coalition to change course.
  • Sanders (I-VT) 8/13/25: X-post – “U.S. taxpayers have spent $24 billion on Netanyahu’s horrific war in Gaza. Instead of starving children, that money could pay for: 700,000 public housing units 500,000 low-income kids receiving health care 500,000 veterans receiving VA care 600,000 kids in Head Start Combined.”
  • Ansari (D-AZ) 8/12/25: X-thread – “What is happening in Gaza is a stain on humanity, and Prime Minister Netanyahu and the Israeli Government must urgently address the mass starvation and senseless killing of Palestinians. Netanyahu’s actions—like Donald Trump’s—are driven more by political survival than by the safety of Israelis or Palestinians. The United States must also use every tool at its disposal to end the war, secure the release of the remaining hostages, and surge humanitarian aid into Gaza. The path forward must be a ceasefire and a serious plan for a two-state solution, and a just and lasting peace. That’s why in recent weeks I have taken several actions and plan to do more. I’ve joined my colleagues in calling for greater oversight of humanitarian efforts in Gaza amid the ongoing starvation crisis. I’ve also signed onto the West Bank Violence Prevention Act, which imposes sanctions on individuals and entities fueling instability and violence in the West Bank, a critical step toward accountability. Stability and security for both Palestinians and Israelis call for serious, sustained U.S. diplomatic engagement to meet this urgent moment.”
  • Larsen (D-WA) 8/12/25: “The United States and its partners must work together to promote the security and safety of the Israeli and Palestinian people. Continued U.S. leadership is important to secure a lasting peace. I joined Rep. Sean Casten (IL-06) and more than 90 House Democrats in demanding oversight into the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), an unqualified organization whose efforts are ineffective and have led to mass panic and Palestinian casualties at distribution sites. Providing secure humanitarian assistance to Palestinians is a moral obligation and vital to the region’s long-term security and the safe return of all hostages. I continue to oppose any effort for Israel to take over Gaza. I again call for a reconstruction plan that begins the day the conflict ends, ensures a two-state solution where Israel and a Palestinian state exist securely side-by-side, and ensures the Palestinian state is not led by a terrorist organization.”
  • Sanders (I-VT) 8/11/25: X-post – “More and more Democrats in Congress understand that spending billions of taxpayer dollars to starve children in Gaza is not acceptable. It’s time Republicans came on board.  No more military aid to Netanyahu’s war machine.”
  • Dean (D-PA) 8/11/25: X-post – “‘Gaza is out of food and time.’ Since March, Palestinians have waited for food, water, medical supplies, and nutrition kits that have not come. We cannot delay. We must bring aid, food, and hope into starving Gaza.”
  • Carter (D-LA) 8/11/25: X-post – “Israel’s decision to escalate its offensive in Gaza is deeply misguided and pushes peace further out of reach. Far too many lives have already been lost—this escalation is not the answer. We must end this war, open access to humanitarian aid, release ALL hostages immediately, and work towards a two-state solution that guarantees the rights and security of both Israelis and Palestinians.”
  • Ramirez (D-CA) 8/11/25: X-post – “Every member of Congress can act to stop Netanyahu’s genocidal campaign and occupation of Gaza. It is time to pass my bill, the Block the Bombs Act, NOW to end the transfer of offensive weapons to Israel and save lives. Not one more bomb, one more dollar, or one more excuse for Netanyahu’s atrocities.
  • Garcia (D-CA) 8/10/25: “Palestinian and Israeli lives have the same value. I called for a ceasefire over a year ago because I support peace, a release of all the hostages, and a Palestinian state free of Hamas. It should be clear to all that the Netanyahu government’s plans for another massive escalation of the war in Gaza will cause more horrific death and will not end this conflict. Netanyahu seems more motivated by staying in power. Starvation is worsening, and aid is not reaching the people who need it in Gaza. Innocent people and children are dying. The United States must do everything in its power to end this war now.” (X-post version)
  • Amo (D-RI) 8/10/25: X-post “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu must halt his planned occupation of Gaza City. Further intensification of fighting will worsen the humanitarian and hunger crisis and risk any chance of rescuing the hostages still held by Hamas. We need a permanent ceasefire, surge of aid, and concrete steps towards a two-state solution. Read my full statement here:” Full statement: “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu must halt his planned occupation of Gaza City. As several Israeli military leaders have suggested, further intensification of fighting will worsen the humanitarian and hunger crisis and risk any chance of rescuing the hostages still held by Hamas. Prime Minister  Netanyahu has repeatedly prioritized his own interests and staying in power over ending the conflict. Further civilians suffering jeopardizes a future two-state solution in which Israelis and Palestinians can live side-by-side in mutual security and self-determination. President Trump has gutted our nation’s diplomatic & humanitarian response capacity, abdicated American leadership, and reneged on his rhetorical promises to be a peacemaker. Now is the time for the resumption of the negotiated ceasefire where hostages were released and aid was flowing to civilians. We must see a permanent ceasefire, surge of sufficient aid distributed to prevent further famine, ensure all possible steps are taken to protect civilian life, and achieve long-term peace and stability in the region.”
  • Shaheen (D-NH), Reed (D-RI), Warner (D-VA), Coons (D-DE), Schatz (D-HI) 8/9/25: Statement on Israeli Military Operations in Gaza – “We are deeply concerned by the Israeli government’s decision to expand military operations and seize control of Gaza City, apparently as a prelude to fully occupying Gaza. This is a dangerous move opposed by numerous senior Israeli security officials. Gaza continues to experience an extreme humanitarian crisis, and this decision only makes matters worse. We are nearly two years into this conflict, and it is clear military escalation will not deliver an end to the violence, will delay the return and may even lead to deaths of Israeli and American hostages held by Hamas, and will severely damage any prospect of a future political settlement between Israelis and Palestinians. We reaffirm support for U.S-led diplomacy to reach a two-state solution with Israelis and Palestinians living side by side in lasting peace, security, dignity and mutual recognition. Israel’s military has decimated Hamas’s military capabilities and ensured Hamas can never again carry out attacks like those committed on October 7th. Now, the parties must immediately return to the negotiating table and secure a ceasefire that brings the hostages home and charts a diplomatic resolution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
  • House Foreign Affairs Committee – Democrats 8/9/25: X-post w/ video clip – “RM @RepGregoryMeeks again calls for a permanent ceasefire in Gaza & a political solution that frees the hostages, removes Hamas from power & establishes peaceful Palestinian governance. Renewed diplomacy & humanitarian aid are urgently needed. Further escalation must be avoided.”
  • Bennet (D-CO) 8/8/25: “Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s dangerous plan to intensify military operations in Gaza, including by taking control of Gaza City, risks catastrophic consequences. Doing so will worsen the already unconscionable suffering of nearly two million Palestinians trapped and starving in Gaza – and make less likely the safe return of the hostages Hamas continues to hold in appalling conditions. Netanyahu has repeatedly put his personal political interests over Israeli and U.S. national security interests. And President Trump has failed to check him. This time is no different. When President Trump entered office, there was a U.S.-brokered ceasefire in place, with Hamas releasing hostages and aid flowing to Palestinians in need. He owes the American people answers on what his plan is to end the war.”
  • Warner (D-VA) 8/8/25: “Prime Minister Netanyahu’s plan to take over Gaza is a dangerous and counterproductive move that will not secure the release of the remaining hostages or bring an end to the fighting that has already taken so many lives. This approach will without question worsen the already terrible humanitarian conditions in Gaza, and Israel’s own military leaders have expressed serious concerns about the feasibility and risks of this strategy. The priority must be to end this war immediately through diplomatic efforts and coordinated pressure to ensure the safe return of hostages and protect innocent lives. Pursuing this path will only guarantee prolonged conflict and greater suffering.
  • Schiff (D-CA) 8/8/25: “Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s plan to occupy Gaza, in a military operation that the Israeli military itself opposes and that could extend for years, will only result in further loss of life among the hostages, Palestinian civilians, and the members of the IDF required to undertake such a calamitous task. The situation in Gaza is unendurable; this will make it worse. This war must end, not escalate.  Already, Palestinians are starving, including substantial numbers of women and children, even as Hamas terrorists starve and murder Israeli hostages. Both the United States and Israel have a moral obligation to bring this conflict to an end and surge humanitarian aid to Gaza, including massive amounts of food and medicine. As I wrote just last week in a letter joined by 43 of my Senate colleagues, the large-scale and sustained provision of aid must be undertaken immediately and by humanitarian organizations that know what they are doing.  To be clear:Hamas must be held to account for its mass murder, torture, and rape of Israelis, and for any diversion of food from those who are hungry. No call upon the Israeli government to act to stop this unendurable suffering by civilians in Gaza can ignore the barbaric acts committed by Hamas that brought this war about, the need to ensure they can never threaten Israel again, and the even more urgent need for the release of all of the hostages. The international community must be persistent in its demand for the immediate release of the hostages and not ignore the casus belli of this terrible war. Israel has a moral and legal obligation to make sure the people in Gaza have enough food and medical care. And as Israel’s strongest ally and benefactor, the United States has the same moral obligation. If the Netanyahu Government will not allow for the feeding of the people of Gaza, the United States must do so, and by any means necessary. No more talk or prevarication — get food and assistance there now.  I have always viewed the relationship between the United States and Israel as a special one, for a whole host of reasons, including our shared national security and foreign policy interests, but even more so, out of a sense of history and shared values. And I believe that this relationship must transcend whoever occupies the Prime Minister’s office, or the Oval Office. As I would not have our allies abandon the United States over vehement disagreements with President Trump, nor would I abandon Israel over the destructive policies of Prime Minister Netanyahu. But that does not mean we can or should ignore or fail to call out continued perilous action — and inaction — by both this Prime Minister and this President — and insist on a dramatic change in the policies of both. I find no shared value in the preventable starvation of the people of Gaza. I see no common principle in the forced displacement of Palestinians from Gaza or plans for settler colonies there, only a moral and legal failing of terrible proportion. I am compelled to speak out, because I believe in an Israel that has been, and can be again, a light unto other nations.” Also see X-thread of this statement.
  • Kamlager-Dove (D-CA) 8/8/25: “Prime Minister Netanyahu has yet again put his political survival over the safety of the hostages in Gaza, the urgent humanitarian needs of Palestinian civilians, the security of the Israeli people, and Israel’s reputation on the world stage. The Netanyahu government’s half-baked plan to occupy Gaza City—which has been bashed by the Israeli security establishment—emboldens the most extreme members of Netanyahu’s far-right cabinet and is clearly born out of Netanyahu’s desire to prolong the war to stay in power, coming just days after Netanyahu attempted to fire the attorney general overseeing his corruption case. The Netanyahu government is moving to expand this war at a time when it has never been more clear that it must end. The lives of the 20 living hostages hang in the balance and the hunger crisis in Gaza is growing day by day. In 22 months of war, not once has Netanyahu seriously thought about a day-after plan. It’s time for Donald Trump, the self-described ‘President of Peace,’ to stop getting played by Netanyahu and secure an end to this horrific war through a deal that returns the hostages, surges aid to the Palestinian people, and charts a path towards lasting peace in the region.
  • Casten (D-IL) 8/8/25: “I strongly oppose Prime Minister Netanyahu’s plan to fully occupy Gaza. This would only deepen the already catastrophic humanitarian crisis within the Gaza Strip and recklessly endanger the lives of the remaining Israeli hostages held by Hamas. A full military occupation is not a strategy for peace or security—it is a path to further bloodshed and suffering for innocent Palestinian civilians. I will continue to push for a ceasefire that includes an end to the war and the release of all hostages.”
  • Schneider (D-IL) 8/8/25: “We all want this awful war to end. However, Prime Minister Netanyahu’s decision to take over all of Gaza City is tactically questionable and strategically self-defeating. If implemented, the decision is more likely to play into Hamas’s original objectives in starting this war and further unite much of the world against Israel than it is to bring home the last surviving hostages and advance the security needs of the nation. It is always necessary to remember that, on October 7, 2023, Hamas started this war with the intent of destroying Israel and killing its citizens. Israel has the absolute right to protect its citizens, secure its borders, and rescue its hostages. At the same time, in fighting what is unquestionably an existential war against absolute evil, Israel must also uphold its responsibility to do all it can to protect civilians in Gaza and enable humanitarian aid to reach those in need. Again, the world wants this war to end. The world must also be committed to working with Israel, the United States, European countries, and our Arab allies to open new pathways for relief, recovery and renewal—both for the people of Gaza and the people of Israel.”
  • Lee (D-PA) 8/8/25: X-post – “Israel’s efforts to expand its occupation in Gaza mean further displacement and destruction for the Palestinians they are staving to death. This has always been the plan, and the U.S. has been complicit in this ethnic cleansing using billions of taxpayer dollars.
  • Moulton (D-MA) 8/8/25: X-post – “From the start of Israel’s military operation in Gaza, I’ve been clear: Israel cannot defeat Hamas without a political endgame for Gaza. A military occupation of Gaza is not an endgame — it’s a dead end. Despite pushback from Israel’s own military leadership, the extremists in Netanyahu’s government see full occupation as a way to cling to power, expel Palestinians, expand settlements, and pave the way for annexation. That is not a plan for peace. Netanyahu must agree to, and support, a credible plan for Gaza’s political future: one that’s both free from Hamas and built in the best interest of Palestinians. That is the only road to lasting peace for both Israelis and Palestinians.
  • McGovern (D-MA) 8/8/25: X-post – “Netanyahu has crossed one red line after another—starving and indiscriminately bombing civilians with no accountability. Now he wants to occupy all of Gaza? This is insane! And it endangers the security of Palestinians & Israelis. No more weapons for Netanyahu’s war—we must demand a permanent, lasting ceasefire!

WE STAND WITH ISRAEL ON GAZA, ON IRAN, & ON ANYTHING ELSE (& the only REAL starvation/genocide story is what Hamas is doing to Israeli hostages!)

  • Cruz (R-TX) 8/14/25: X-post – “@TuckerCarlson seem to care more about Israel than any other country on earth? Since our interview, he & his show have referenced Israel 14.82 times EVERY SINGLE DAY. Is there something particular about Israel that he really, really dislikes?” Also see response from human rights attorney Noura Erekat – “I dunno, maybe bc the US has vetoed 49 UNSC resolutions to shield it? Provided more financial & military support to Israel than all of Sub-Saharan Africa & Latin America combined? Or maybe it’s because Democratic & Republican administrations violate US laws to arm Israel?
  • Graham (R-SC) 8/13/25: X-post w/ video clip (speaking at a South Carolina Republican Party event) – “If America pulls the plug on Israel, God will pull the plug on us. I’m not going to let that happen.
  • Tenney (R-NY) 8/12/25: X-post w/ video clip – “Thank you to @IrelandAmbUSA for the spirited conversation about Ireland’s proposed BDS bill that would negatively impact U.S. companies and U.S. interests. I continue to urge @SimonHarrisTD to drop this anti-Semitic proposal or Ireland must be subject to U.S. anti-boycott laws!
  • House Foreign Affairs Committee – GOP 8/12/25: X-post w/ video clip – “Israel isn’t going into Gaza because they want to. They are taking the necessary next steps to secure the hostages and stop Hamas’ reign of terror.”
  • House Foreign Affairs Committee – GOP 8/12/25: X-post – “Israel doesn’t fit their narrative so they are literally creating a different standard to vilify Israel. They hate Israel more than they care about upholding their own standards.” Linking to a Free Beacon post attacking an organization specialized in tracking famine
  • Scott (R-FL) 8/11/25: X-post – “After 675 days in Hamas terrorists’ captivity, innocent hostages are in critical condition and left starving, while Hamas monsters steal aid for themselves. There will not be peace in Gaza until Hamas is destroyed and every hostage is home. BRING THEM ALL HOME NOW!
  • Tenney (R-NY) 8/11/25: X-post w/ audio clip – “The media is lying about what’s happening in Gaza. Here’s the truth: Hamas is stealing an estimated $400 million in foreign aid from the UN, the U.S., and others, and the UN is complicit. The same countries condemning Israel and America are doing nothing to help the people of Gaza.
  • Cruz (R-TX) 8/11/25: X-post – “It is very sad what has happened to @TuckerCarlson He now routinely attacks Trump, shills for Iran & doesn’t bother to hide his all-consuming hatred for Israel. Tragic.” [attacking Carlson for his interview with an Orthodox Christian nun, Mother Agapia Stephanopoulos, who lives in Jerusalem, speaking from her personal experience about Israeli policy toward and treatment of Christian Palestinians and Christian equities located the West Bank, Jerusalem, Gaza, and Israel].
  • House Foreign Affairs Committee – GOP 8/11/25: X-post w/ video clip – “Israel is making the right call to end the brutal war Hamas started and bring the hostages home. It’s time for the rest of the world to stop kowtowing to terrorists and give Israel the latitude it needs to put stop Hamas’ bloodshed.
  • Gottheimer (D-NJ) 8/11/25: X-post w/ video clip – “Brutal Hamas terrorists are preventing innocent families from getting critical aid and intentionally starving hostages they’ve held for 675 days. We must surge humanitarian aid to innocent civilians, free all the hostages, crush the terrorists, and remove Hamas from power.
  • Gottheimer (D-NJ) 8/11/25: X-post w/ video clip – “85% of UN aid in Gaza never reaches civilians. Much of it is stolen by Hamas — profiting $500M last year off desperate families. We must surge aid directly to innocent civilians, free all the hostages, including the ones they are starving, and crush Hamas. The blood of this war — and the humanitarian crisis — is on Hamas’ hands.
  • Gottheimer (D-NJ) 8/9/25: X-post – “While innocent civilians in Gaza suffer, Hamas terrorists have made more than $7 million — making sure their fighters are fed while families go hungry. Hamas is a brutal terrorist organization that steals aid, uses civilians as human shields, and puts propaganda over people. We must crush Hamas and get humanitarian aid to those who need it.”
  • Scott (R-FL) 8/9/25: X-post – “The world needs to wake up. For 673 days, Hamas terrorists have held innocent people hostage. Every concession only prolongs the hostages’ pain and empowers these terrorists. Thank you, @SecRubio, for standing by the hostages and Israel. The concessions must end, and we cannot rest until we bring them all home!
  • Graham (R-SC) 8/10/25: X-post w/ video clip – “Enough already. Hamas stands in the way of peace. Israel is our greatest ally in the Middle East, and we will always stand with them.”
  • Lawler (R-NY) 8/10/25: X-post w/ video clip – “The fastest way for the Palestinian people to be free from oppression is for Hamas to be eliminated. They are the oppressor, using their own people as a shield and not allowing for aid to reach them. Israel has a responsibility to eliminate this threat.”
  • Scott (R-FL) 8/10/25: X-post w/ video clip – “For 674 days, Hamas has terrorized Israel and held hostages in unimaginable conditions. These terrorists refuse to negotiate. They refuse ceasefire conditions. They do not play by our rules. Peace cannot exist until Hamas is destroyed and every hostage is home.
  • Gottheimer (D-NJ) 8/8/25: X-post w/ video clip – “In our delegation meeting this week, Prime Minister Netanyahu made it clear that Israel has no plans for a long-term occupation of Gaza. I’m opposed to long-term occupation and annexation — but Hamas must go. I strongly support crushing Hamas terrorists and their last strongholds. I fervently back surging humanitarian aid and preventing Hamas from blocking it. We must urgently free the hostages being starved by Hamas, remove Hamas from power, and transition to an Arab-led peacekeeping force to bring lasting peace and safety for both innocent Palestinians and Israelis.
  • Scott (R-FL) 8/8/25: X-post – “Instead of spending today with one another, Ariel and Arbel remain torn apart as Hamas terrorists continue holding him and innocent Israelis hostage 672 days later. We will not give up on the hostages until every single one of them is home!

MTG v. AIPAC & friends on X

8/14/25:

  • Green (R-GA): “Senator Graham confidently says the quiet part out loud, ‘If Israel wanted to commit genocide they could. They have the capacity to do that.’ That is quite a statement and is an acknowledgment that nuclear armed Israel is more than capable of defending themselves, by themselves, and not only defeating their enemies, but completely wiping them out! So why is America funding them and fighting for them??!!! We should not be!! And it is not a matter of supporting either Israel or Hamas, as he suggest, which is ridiculous. It is about supporting AMERICA!!! Lindsey Graham has no children. I have 3 adult children, who are 22, 25, and 27, which gives me a fierce invested interest to be ALL IN to save America. And we are now a nation in $37 TRILLION DOLLARS IN DEBT because of the NON-STOP votes and funding for foreign countries and foreign wars and bloated budgets and pork and waste for over 30 years, which is how long Lindsey Graham has been serving in Washington DC…I am also completely amazed that Israel and their aligned groups like AIPAC (who is breaking the law by not registering under FARA) takes Members of Congress, and Conservative social media influencers (like TPUSA) on all expenses paid trips to Israel, and welcomes a steady stream of conservative media outlets in order to keep the funding stream going. Can you imagine if Russia did this??? All hell broke loose when Tucker Carlson dared to show clean subways and well stocked grocery stores in Moscow! We can support our allies, but our elected officials should not be funded or going on funded trips for the interest of foreign countries. And God will not pull the plug on us, if we stop funding the secular government of Israel. This is 1,000% false and is the fear mongering tactic used on good hearted American Christians to force us to fund and fight the secular government of nuclear armed Israel’s wars. We don’t believe we go to heaven based on how much money we blindly give and how many bombs we drop on the secular government of Israel’s enemies. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” John 14:6 Jesus was extremely clear about how we should treat others, especially children. Funding and blindly supporting an ally who is starving children is not going to bring God’s favor on America, as a matter of fact, I’ll argue it will instead bring God’s wrath. America’s intervention should be to stop the war and work for peace and demand the release of the poor Oct 7th hostages, while equally demanding to stop the genocide and humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Lastly, American’s hard earned tax dollars should go to AMERICA ONLY!!! If we are going to pull the plug on anything, we should pull the damn plug on FUNDING FOREIGN WARS AND FOREIGN COUNTRIES!!!!!!!

8/11/25:

  • Greene (R-GA): “Look out Grok, AIPAC is going to come after you now. Grok is not suicidal.” Commenting on Grok post stating that the Grok account had been suspended after it stated that Israel and the US are committing genocide in Gaza.
  • Greene (R-GA): “AIPAC is trying to paint my America First message as “antisemitic” because I don’t want to keep sending billions to the secular government of nuclear-armed Israel. Fox News host Mark Levin, originally a NEVER TRUMPER, jumped on the MAGA bandwagon late in the game and now pretends to lead it, all while advocating for endless foreign wars that have caused 22 veteran suicides per day, rampant devastating PTSD, and brought home too many flag draped coffins. With $37 TRILLION in debt, I’m unapologetically America ONLY at this point. My loyalty is to the American people and my children’s generation. The people I was elected to represent. NOT ANY FOREIGN COUNTRY!!! Which election did Mark Levin win?

8/10/25 exchange:

  • Greene (R-GA): “I’m fed up with the outright slander and lies about me because I’m UNAPOLOGETICALLY AMERICA FIRST and I am demanding AIPAC register as a foreign lobbyist and I refuse to vote for U.S. taxpayers hard earned money fund foreign aid and foreign wars. I’ve owned my family’s construction business for well over two decades and made all of my net worth BEFORE I became a Member of Congress in 2021 and all of my Public financial disclosures show this. My publicly disclosed portfolio is diversely invested through a financial manager whom I’ve signed a fiduciary contract with. My hard earned wealth, that I am thankful and proud of HAS NOT in any way come from politics!!! As a matter of fact I made a hell of a lot more money and my life was WAY EASIER before I entered public life. I am so proud of my company’s success and hard work and there is not anyone who can shame me for being a successful business owner because thankfully I’ve lived the American dream!!! You can go to hell. I am FIGHTING to ensure that my children’s generation is able to do exactly what I have done!!! I’m fighting to preserve the AMERICAN DREAM!!!” – responding to post from pro-Israel influencer Eyal Yakoby, “How does Marjorie Taylor Greene’s net worth go from $700,000 before she joined Congress to $21 million today? A congressional salary is only $174,000 per year.” That post has a Community Note (with links to receipts) reading: “Marjorie Taylor Greene’s 2018-2019 financial disclosure (pg 8) lists her 100% interest in “Taylor Commercial, Inc.,” a family-owned business, valued at $5M-$25M, established before her 2021 Congress term. This refutes claims of a $700K to $21M net worth rise since 2021.
  • AIPAC: “5 million U.S. citizens — including more than 9,000 of @RepMTG’s own constituents — are AIPAC members. We are UNAPOLOGETICALLY patriotic Americans who advocate for an alliance that makes the United States safer, stronger, and more prosperous.”
  • Greene (R-GA): “That’s .011% of my district. Now stop breaking the law and register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, 22 U.S. Code s 611-62. Do NOT enter my office because you are NOT registered under FARA. I ONLY work for the American people. My job title is REPRESENTATIVE in the U.S. House of Representatives.”

8/9/25:

  • Greene (R-GA): “Fox News host Mark Levin is a raging psychopath. He is attacking me, lying about me, and EVEN WORSE in comments in his own post calling Christian’s “bigots” and says I should go to prison!!! All because I am UNAPOLOGETICALLY AMERICA FIRST and UNAPOLOGETICALLY FIGHTING FOR MY CHILDREN’S GENERATION!!! Ever since I called for a recorded vote on my amendments to defund U.S. taxpayer money to Israel and other foreign countries/foreign aid, Mark Levin has rabidly been attacking me. And then the attacks started from AIPAC. Do you see the pattern? Fox News host Mark Levin, a once hateful NEVER TRUMPER, is 100% Israel FIRST and America LAST!!!” Responding to Levin X-post – “Good for Laura further exposing kook MTG Marjorie Traitor GreenE sounds like a lunatic and Marxist-Islamist Jew-hater, repeatedly stabs the president in the back, and trashes conservatives.  She’s a favorite and regular guest of the America-trashing fake MAGA podcasters and quoted often by the leftwing media. She has abandoned her congressional district. A complete embarrassment. And now Laura has exposed her as a nasty hypocrite and phony.” That post includes a link to Loomer’s Mediate article, Laura Loomer Tears Into Taylor Greene Over AIPAC Attack: ‘Just Angry She Was Iced Out by the White House’

  • Greene (R-GA) 8/10/25: “Good morning to all Americans who agree that our country should not be controlled by foreign lobbyists. I hope you have a wonderful day!
  • Greene (R-GA) 8/10/25: “Most recent full year of annual foreign aid funding- 2023, however Ukraine received far more in military aid. Basically the U.S. pays off countries, with some being paid based on how they treat number 2 on the list, which has nuclear weapons. All while we continue the death spiral of national debt which is now $37 trillion. Millennials and Gen Z are seriously struggling financially and Congress refuses to stop sending 70+++ billion/year to foreign countries. My children are Gen Z and I’m Gen X. As a mother and a woman who has absolutely fully lived the American dream, I’m so incredibly angry and disgusted at what decades of America LAST Washington DC has done to young people’s future. Nothing against any foreign country or any foreign people, but I’m America ONLY. I only work for my country, the United States of America. No more foreign wars and no more foreign aid (bribes)!!!!!” Includes pic of data table showing US foreign aid.
  • Greene (R-GA) 8/8/25: “I am not paying to rebuild Ukraine. I am not paying to rebuild Gaza. I am not paying to kill foreigners in foreign wars. And I’m furious that our veterans kill themselves at an avg of 22 a day and live with nightmares whether awake or asleep. I’m not supporting or staying silent about genocide and starvation of children in Gaza. Just like I was not silent about the horrific atrocities on Oct 7th, but I will ask now how did it happen in the first place? And what a terrible security failure. But my number one focus is that my children’s generation has all odds against them and I’m so angry about that every single second of every single day. And it’s absolutely ridiculous that Congress refuses to step off the hamster wheel of America LAST insanity. Almost everyone I work with just keeps pushing the YES button on votes for foreign aid and foreign funding like lab rats that are trained to receive treats. And I’m standing on rock solid ground steadfast in my absolute convictions that all these people are destroying my children’s generations future. They have no chance of realizing the American dream or even getting a single Social Security check at this point. Call me any stupid name you want, I just don’t care.

Antisemitism (including defined to include protest actions focused on Israel & Israeli flag)

  • Wyden (D-OR), Merkley (D-OR), Bonamici (D-OR), Hoyle (D-OR), Salinas (D-OR), Bynum (D-OR), & Dexter (D-OR) 8/13/25: Statement on Antisemitism and Hate [“Speaking out against antisemitism and hate rooted in identity tests our values as Oregonians. Standing against hate means standing up for fundamental human rights everywhere. We condemn rising antisemitism in all its forms. We must meet that test with moral clarity and unwavering resolve. Every Oregonian deserves safety and dignity, regardless of religion, race, gender, sexuality, immigration status, or background.Recent hateful acts in Oregon are painful reminders of the work ahead. The swastikas scrawled at the Oregon Jewish Museum and Center for Holocaust Education, and the arson at the Center for African Immigrants and Refugees Organization’s daycare in Southeast Portland, are horrifying attacks on our shared humanity. We must respond not with silence, but with solidarity. Next month marks the 90th anniversary of the Nuremberg Laws, a shameful moment in recent global history when Nazi Germany etched the persecution of Jews into law. The world’s failure to respond to those laws is a sobering reminder of how injustice can take root when silence prevails. We cannot make that mistake again. We should not, however, equate legitimate and necessary criticism of the current Israeli government with antisemitism. Each of us will keep speaking out against Benjamin Netanyahu elevating his self-interest above all else, fueling a humanitarian crisis in Gaza with widespread hunger, malnutrition and a devastating loss of life—all while hostages remain in Hamas’ horrific captivity. Legitimate criticism of a foreign country’s policy and its leaders can never devolve into prejudice against any one person or group of people such as the swastikas scrawled at the Oregon Jewish Museum or torching a daycare that serves immigrant and refugee children. No one should ever be targeted because of who they are.  And we will never stop fighting for an Oregon, and a world, where every person is treated with dignity and respect.”
  • House Homeland Security Committee – GOP 8/14/25: X-post – “No American should live in fear because of their political or religious beliefs.  @RepGarbarino & @RepPfluger are committed to ensuring DHS & all levels of law enforcement can combat the troubling rise in antisemitic and anti-Israel threats on U.S. soil.” Linked to Fox News 8/7/25 article, Trump, GOP fight antisemitic violence amid latest FBI probe — in sharp contrast to Biden’s silence
  • Sherman (D-CA) 8/12/25: X-post – “This past weekend, the national headquarters of the Israeli-American Council @israeliamerican, located in my congressional district, was tagged with antisemitic vandalism.  Antisemitic incidents like this one are at historic levels, but the frequency with which they occur cannot mean that we accept this as status quo.  We must call out and root out the hatred in our midst; and those who took part in this latest outrage must be brought to justice.”
  • Massie (R-KY) 8/11/25: X-post – “If being falsely labeled antisemitic is the price I pay for voting against spending billions of American taxpayer dollars on bombing thousands of civilians in the Middle East, then so be it.”

Targeting the Muslim Brotherhood

  • McCormick (R-PA) 8/13/25: X-post – “The Hamas terrorists who attacked Israel on October 7th proudly call themselves “one of the wings of the Muslim Brotherhood.” I’m glad @SecRubio is taking the necessary steps to designate the Muslim Brotherhood, which has aided and abetted some of the world’s worst actors for decades, as a terrorist group.
  • Stefanik (R-NY) 8/13/25: Stefanik Supports President Trump Designating Muslim Brotherhood a Terrorist Organization
  • Diaz-Balart (R-FL) 8/13/25: X-post – “Since 2015, @SenTedCruz and I have introduced legislation to designate the Muslim Brotherhood, which poses a direct threat to our national security, as a foreign terrorist organization (FTO). I commend @SecRubio for carefully reviewing whether the Muslim Brotherhood should be designated due to its dangerous efforts to harm the United States and its allies.
  • Mace (R-SC) 8/13/25: X-post – “In June, we introduced the Muslim Brotherhood is a T*rrorist Organization Act. If you support t*rrorism, you are a t*rrorist. End of story.
  • Stefanik (R-NY) 8/13/25: X-post – “I strongly support the Trump administration in designating the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. Long overdue. Thank you President @realDonaldTrump for this important and decisive leadership to protect our national security.

At least $1 BILLION from taxpayers. Trump’s hiding that by using funds from one of our nuclear programs. I’m pushing back.
  • Wilson (R-SC) 8/11/25: X-post – “President Trump’s policy in Syria is a strategic master stroke. A UNIFIED STABLE Syria  means boxing out Iran and ISIS and, working with NATO ally Türkiye, eventually expelling War Criminal Putin bases. A divided destabilized Syria means Libya/Somalia like anarchy in the heart of the Middle East which will eventually bring back ISIS 2.0, Iran and empower Russia. There are no perfect options or perfect governments but the choice is clear— united stable Syria is in interests of ALL in the region. We cannot lose this opportunity.
  • Khanna (D-CA) 8/11/25; X-post – “I respect Pete. But we need moral clarity, not status quo. Yes, @jonfavs Dems should have voted for the Sanders Amdt.
