Targeting Free Speech/Protest/Accountability

(ENFORCING IHRA DEFINITION IN US EDUCATION) HR 6186: Introduced 11/20/25 by Fine (R-FL) and no cosponsors, “To require public elementary schools, public secondary schools, and institutions of higher education to treat discrimination motivated by antisemitism in an identical manner to how such school or institution treats discrimination motivated by race, and for other purposes,” aka the “No Antisemitism in Education Act”. Referred to the House Committee on Education and Workforce. NOTE: This bill would enact into law the IHRA definition of antisemitism, including its examples, without mentioning the fact that the definition/examples it uses are the IHRA definition/examples.

(TARGETING SUPPORTERS OF PALESTINIAN LIVES/RIGHTS) S. 3237 [bill text]: Introduced 11/20/25 by Budd (R-NC) and 8 Republican cosponsors, “A bill to consider, for purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, that officers, officials, representatives, spokespersons, and members of Hamas, Palestine Islamic Jihad, Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda, and ISIS, and individuals who endorse or espouse terrorist activities conducted by such organizations are engaged in terrorist activity.“ Referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. Budd’s press release makes crystal clear the intent behind the bill: Senator Budd Leads Colleagues in Effort to Ban Terrorist Sympathizers from the United States [Budd: “Ever since the horrific terrorist attacks of October 7, we have seen a dramatic rise in pro-Hamas rhetoric across our country, including from international students here on visas. This needs to stop. Those seeking to come to the U.S., whether for school, work, or otherwise, and who publicly endorse Foreign Terrorist Organizations, must face consequences for their actions.   • New Jewish Narrative 11/19/25: NJN Opposes Kaploun Nomination as Antisemitism Envoy [NJN Hadar Susskind – “…I had concerns about this nomination even before today’s testimony because Rabbi Kaploun had been complicit in weaponizing antisemitism. As documented by a number of members of Congress, he made blatantly false accusations and failed to respond to antisemitic comments made by President Trump in his presence. I have even more concerns following today’s testimony during which he glossed over the President’s failure to call out Nick Fuentes and this administration’s troubling flirtation with right-leaning antisemites. I heard Rabbi Kaploun misapply the IHRA definition to shield the Israeli government, struggling to concede that one could criticize the Israeli government’s conduct in Gaza without being antisemitic. Islamophobia & Unabashed Targeting of US Muslims by Texas Gov

NOTE: On 11/18/25, Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced that he has designated the Muslim Bortherhood and CAIR as “foreign terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations.” Also this week, The Institute for the Study of Global Antisemitism and Policy (ISGAP) released a new report, The Muslim Brotherhood’s Strategic Entryism into Western Society: A Systematic Analysis — laying out, in effect, the theory that the Muslim Brotherhood is halfway through a 100-year plan to manipulate and influence the United States to carry our a “civilizational transformation strategy in North America,” largely via Muslim Americans strategically/cynically/quite effectively exercising their rights and seizing their opportunities as Americans to openly engage in American life and the American political process, in a manner that is entirely legally and closely resembles what every other community of Americans, including Jewish and pro-Israel Americans — do in terms of community organizing and engagement in U.S. politics — and similar too in terms of what members of those communities do as individuals, including working in public policy via choosing careers in public service and standing for public office, etc. (HOW. DARE. THEY.)]. Admin source tells me that the plan to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization was a done deal 2 weeks ago, but it was killed off because the Qataris asked the Trump administration to release a senior Muslim Brotherhood terrorist from Egypt and ultimately decided it wouldn’t be good for Qatar for the US to designate the Muslim Brotherhood. This is outrageous and the truth is going to come out about this foreign lobby effort by the Qataris to endanger our national security.”
