Palestinian American Research Center

The Palestinian American Research Center (PARC) is a U.S. non-profit organization working to increase the quantity and improve the quality of scholarship on Palestinian life and affairs. PARC was formed in 1998 to meet this need for an American institution that promotes Palestinian studies and exchange among scholars interested in Palestinian affairs. With offices in both Ramallah and Washington, DC, PARC offers research fellowships to early-stage and established scholars working on Palestine, thus ensuring new and ongoing scholarship on Palestinians and cultivating connections among Palestinian, American, and other scholars and institutions. PARC also offers training to university professors to prepare them to engage with Palestinian culture and issues in their classrooms and on their campuses as an additional way to further the impact of scholarship and knowledge on Palestinians.
